stretching out. It is simple stretches you need to be doing while taking the

healthy flexible and safe

Education: to regularly practice yoga,
a yoga teaching qualification, an approved yoga therapy course.
Reflection: I would
not like to be a yoga therapist because it’s not what I want to be when I’m
older
